The only one I can think of is one for Prue and Piper:

Because of how close they were.

I really suck at these normally, but let me try.

Phoebe and Jason - fairy tale (there was the cinderella thing?), jetset (how he was a rich media mogul and probably part of why their relationship ended?)
Paige and Henry - Healed (doubly as how she saved his life, and how their rocky start ended up healing into perfection?)
Phoebe and Coop - Struck (I don't know, like by an arrow? Because he's Cupid?)

Phoebe and Paige - Youth (technically, the youngest of each Charmed group)
Piper and Prue - Peace - Piper always kept the peace between the three sisters, and her and Prue never really had any issues...that I can remember.
Leo and Wyatt - Mirror Wyatt is more Leo's son then Pipers if you exclude his magic. He looks like his father, acts like his father, uses his whitelighter powers a bit more then his wiccan (from his young age to his older incarnation, he leans towards orbing and the like rather then Chris who leans towards telekinisis).
Phoebe and Jason - Chronicle ...unless I completely forgot the newspaper she worked for...
Paige and Henry - Social They're both social workers, her officially and him by nature of his job. He cares about the kids he has to deal with.
Phoebe and Coop - Arrow, Forever, Bound, Forgiven All are obvious except Forgiven, but that's the core of their relationship, Pheope forgives herself, and Cole, thus allowing herself to truly love Coop, without that step, she would still be lost.
